Important Information

• You should be aware that hotel pick-up is not guaranteed if you book less than 24 hours before the start of the tour or activity. As a result, try to book your hotel or room a little bit earlier so that we can make hotel arrangements.
• When you submit all of your information, we’ll give our local operator your phone number and mobile number so that you may be picked up from the airport or hotel/residence on time.
• For hassle-free travel, you should have a valid passport with you as the tour passes via the army checkpoint. (For the Dibba Trip, obtaining an Omani visa is not necessary; travelers with valid UAE visit visas may also do so.)
• Weather conditions may force the cancellation of water activities.
• It’s also possible that the fees for excess baggage will apply.
• Timing may also change when there is terrible weather or rough seas.
• Three days before the tour, we must apply for approval on behalf of UAE citizens.
• Documents (copies of passports) for tourists must be submitted 48 hours before the tour.
• Surcharges ranging from AED 25 to AED 50 per person will be applied from December 20, 2022, until January 10, 2023.
