Important Information
- Our operations will work with you to plan Snow premium, and the reservation must be verified no later than 48 hours before the visit date.
- The guest must bring our confirmation email with them to the Snow Premium location. Please verify with our team about the booking status before visiting if you do not receive the same.
- For your safety, ski, and snowboard equipment, jackets, pants, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets will be available at the location.
- Children under the age of 13 must wear helmets.
- Inside the Penguin Encounter Area, mobile devices and cameras are not permitted.
- Only at the Avalanche Café and North 28 Restaurant (open from 10 a.m. to midnight) are cold drinks and meals permitted.
- Services that are not used at all or only partially will not be refunded.
- Children must always be under adult supervision.
- Visitors are not allowed to bring food or drinks into the Park.
- Skiers and snowboarders with experience can only access the slopes.
NOTE: The location is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the activities.
