Play DXB Dubai is one of the largest collections of VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality) based attractions in the UAE, spanning across two levels of Dubai Mall, the largest shopping center in the world. With a focus on “Shared Escapism” and designed to defy realism, it crams roughly 18 interactive rides into its 7,000 square meter space.

Important Information

• Please bring a passport or valid ID with you. 
• Only 1 person may use the Pass on the same day. Retail, video games and food and beverage are excluded.
• Each ride on Play DXB can only be accessed once (repetition is not permitted).
• Visitors must pay 5 AED for a digital gate card, which is a non-negotiable cost at Play DXB.
• For each attraction and ride, the usual height, weight, and age requirements apply.
• Children should be under 120 cm tall and adults should be at least 120 cm tall.
• During the tour or attraction visit, children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian. 
• It is recommended that guests arrive between 10 and 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, depending on your Booking.
• The pick-up will be scheduled only from your hotel or residence in Dubai and not from the airport.
• Pick-up from locations other than Dubai hotels and residences is available upon request and is subject to an extra fee.
• Only transfers that are shared are available from Deira in Bur Dubai.
• Depending on traffic and your location, the pick-up and drop-off times for Sharing transfers can be changed according to the journey plan by 30 to 60 minutes.
