Agreement to Terms
By booking or participating in our desert buggy tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Services
Premium Desert Buggy Adventures provides guided desert experiences in Dubai, including dune buggy rides, safety briefings, and optional add-on activities. All experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Eligibility
- Participants must meet minimum age and health requirements
- A valid ID may be required before the activity
- Drivers may need a valid driving license (if applicable)
Safety & Responsibility
- All participants must follow safety instructions provided by guides
- Protective gear must be worn at all times during the activity
- Reckless driving or unsafe behavior may result in termination without refund
Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Full or partial payment may be required to secure your reservation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour may be eligible for a refund
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time
Weather Conditions
Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to extreme weather or unsafe desert conditions. In such cases, alternative dates or refunds may be offered.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in desert activities involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the experience.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
