- Shared transportation is only offered from hotels and apartments in the center of Dubai. (Marina, Sheikh Zayed, Bur Dubai, Deira)
- Depending on traffic and your location, transfer timings may be altered by 30 to 60 minutes from the journey plan.
- 3 years old is the optimal starting age for ice skating. Children under 100 cm must always be accompanied by an adult, and they will receive a free helmet for protection.
- Please wear warm clothing and cover your arms and legs.
- Long dresses, national dresses, or any apparel that trails are not permitted due to health and safety concerns and the intense nature of ice skating.
- Visitors must dress warmly in loose-fitting items, including thick socks and gloves.
