• No food or drink is allowed in the great hall or exhibition rooms.
• No heavy luggage is permitted.
• Tickets are only valid for selected dates.
• Last entry to the Palace at 6:00 pm. (timings are subject to change)
• The last entry to Light Show is at 7:00 pm. (timings are subject to change)
• Ticket includes access to Palace in Motion (Light show) if available.
• Last entry to Palace in Motion (Light show) 45 minutes before showtime.
• Light Show generally starts at 7:15 pm, also subject to sunset timings.
